The Halite Creative Difference
Isaiah Dahl
Founder, Halite Creative
Hi! I’m Isaiah Dahl, founder of Halite Creative.
I’m a horse person first and foremost, followed up by being a digital marketer with an aptitude for social media, and content creation.
I’ve spent the vast majority of my life working with horses and the amazing people connected to them.
From combined driving barns, to remote ranches, and Olympic-level eventing programs; I’ve seen my fair share of under-utilized businesses. While working to understand my approach to marketing at university, I was repeatedly drawn back to the people and industry that had already given me so much!
My mission with Halite Creative is to empower equestrian businesses in their effort to reach and communicate clearly with their audiences! I’ve seen the power that targeted marketing can have on a properly organized barn. Being able to reach the right people, at the right time, and in the right way can mobilize people, brands, and organizations to your benefit!
So, with all that, what makes Halite Creative different from the rest?
My acute understanding of professional riders and their needs distinguishes my approach from the slew of other content marketing-focused businesses; fighting to secure their place in the equestrian market.
Olympic Equestrian athletes are unique, in that they aren’t afforded the luxury of purely focusing on their craft. Riders must work tirelessly out of the saddle to nurture and grow their business in order to finance their sporting ambitions. This is a foreign concept to all other Olympic athletes. I created Halite Creative to help manage and promote top riders in the equestrian sport. I hope to eradicate the crushing pressure of spinning many metaphorical plates, and wearing multiple hats in pursuit of your true passion. I believe this takes much of the energy needed to achieve greatness.
An Olympic sprinter is expected/required to be, you guessed it, a fast sprinter. Period, end of story.
Now, what is required of the Olympic Equestrian? Unfortunately, being a great rider is not enough. The rider must juggle business administration, human resources, marketing, financial decisiveness, and most importantly the care and training of their horses.
The hard fact of it all is, to make it up the levels the business comes first, before the horses and riding ability. This is backwards.
Halite Creative exists to flip this, giving riders the gift of pure focus.
